    If we haven’t posted your item, we may be able to change it. If it’s already on its way to you, we can talk you through returning your product and ordering another one.

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

    • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

    • Return shipping costs and procedures will be communicated when you initiate a return request.

    • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • We offer discounts and promotions from time to time. These will be shown on our website, or emailed to you if you have requested updates through our contact form or on a previous order.

    A promotion for free delivery on orders over £100 is always available. To use this, please enter the code DEL100 in the checkout.

  • We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. The cost varies from £3.99 to £10.99, depending on the weight of the order. This is calculated at checkout.

    For orders of £100 and over, we offer free delivery. To make use of this, please enter the code DEL100 in the checkout.

    We also have an option for free local pickup. Please see the details about this in the checkout.

  • For products that we have in stock, we aim to dispatch as soon as possible. We will contact you if for any reason your order will be dispatched later than normal.

    For a custom order it will take up to a week to be dispatched. However, if you need an item by a set time, please mention this on your enquiry and we will do our best to meet the time frame.

    Delivery will usually be within 48 hours of dispatch time, using Royal Mail or another appropriate courier.
